How to enable Flow Designer REST step in Action using a Technology Partner Program (TPP)

Hi,

 

I am trying to use the Integrationhub REST step in my Technology Partner Program (TPP) instance but not able to find it under All Applications

 

Can someone please point me in the right direction ?
