How to enable KPI in PA workspace

Hello Everyone ,

 

My management has a requirement to track KPIs in PA Workspace.

How do I enable them so that they start tracking those KPIS for iTSM.

Hi @Servicenow lear 

 

KPI is are like reports ( not exactly), you need to create these reports in PA and add in the dashboard. You can do the Micro certs in PA in Now Learning to understand more about same.
