How to enable now assist for custom created portal in servicenow

Hi All,

 

 

I have a requirement where now assist has to be enabled for the custom created portal in servicenow. But as of now i could only see it on the sp portal.

Hi @PoojaH316924829 ,

 

Now Assist is a paid plugin, so it will appear only if your instance is licensed and the plugin is activated.

In ServiceNow, Now Assist is not enabled by default and is available only on supported OOTB portals (like the Service Portal) once the license is in place.
