How To Enable Projects in Developer Instance

How can I utilize projects in a personal developer instance? I'm trying to enable the Strategic Portfolio Management package so I can familiarize myself with the Project Portfolio Management modules.

Just go to https://dev157880.service-now.com/now/app-manager/home/plugin/id/com.snc.financial_planning_pmo/deta... and remember to change the dev157880 to your own developer instance. This should get you to below page:
