Hi! I need some help. I’m currently working on the Greenfield project and handling a story related to “Enable global property – Save as Draft.”
One of the acceptance criteria states:
“The ‘Save as Draft’ option is enabled in the catalog.”
However, after reviewing the product documentation (Service Catalog properties), I found that there is no existing property that enables “Save as Draft” in the Service Catalog.

you should create a property for your portal and set it as True
glide.sc.enable.save_as_draft.sp -> true
Then at your catalog item ensure Hide Save as Draft - False
I could see OOTB it's there for those portals

Upon checking all these properties, this is also set is true. And I set to false the 'Hide Save as Draft - False' but still no 'Save as Draft' appear.
