When I open any script-related page in ServiceNow—such as Script Includes, Client Scripts, or Business Rules—the code appears only in black and white, and the Format Code button does not work. The script fields display as all grey text, and toggling the editor has no effect. Additionally, when I open the Script Include list, the filter and search options are not functioning. Similar issues occur on other lists, like the System Properties list. Furthermore, the right-click functionality is broken across all pages; normally, right-clicking shows options like Save or Insert, but these options are not appearing. How can I resolve this issue?

@ Anand2799 ,
Thank you for your response.
I have cleared the cache from instance and also from browser. I tried in another instance also the issue will be the same and when I'm going to enable the syntax highlighting and script formatting this message is popped up.

Can you help me to solve this issue. I already checked that KB and checked that prompt in command prompt. I didn't understand the response.
