How to enable the NEW button in the service operation workspace

Hi,

I want to enable the NEW button for the SCTASK table for the "ITIL" users in the list view of service operation workspace.
We already created "create ACL" for sctask table which givens the access for native UI but not for SOW view.
In SOW , admins can able to see the NEW button, but "ITIL" users not able to see it.

Can someone help here to enable the button on the SOW.

Add itil role to the acl and see if you can see the new button in sow.

we added the itil role on the ACL. it enabled on the native UI, but not enabled in the SOW

Not sure why you created new acl on sc_task table. Oob we have create acl on sc_task with role catalog_admin if remember it correctly, you can add itil role to oob create acl.
