How can we implement an integration between ServiceNow and MS Teams to send actionable notifications to users? Specifically, we want to associate the content of replies or attachments sent by users in MS Teams with records in ServiceNow.
So far, we have figured out how to establish the integration between ServiceNow and MS Teams and how to send messages from ServiceNow to MS Teams. However, we are unsure how to enable actions or inputs from MS Teams back to ServiceNow.
