how to exclude SLA brach time for INC or RITM in scripted metrics

Hi Team,
On the incident and RITM, we have one check box called "escalation".
When the user checks true and false that time we want to calculate the time and we have to exclude SLA breached time.
How can we achieve it in scripted metrics, Can someone please guide me here?
