How to export a scoped app?

Hey, is it possible to export a scoped app from my pdi to use it in another instance? If yes how?

I want to transfer as much information and modules as possible.

Thank you for your fast response. The link is good but how does it work to download the full update set? And is it possible to reuse the complete instance configuration in a new instance as well?

steps:

1.local update set(Filter navigation).

2.open update set.

3.make state-complete and save.

4.export the update set in XML file.

5.download it.
