How to export/import test suites with test steps in ATF form one instance to other instance

How to export/import test suites with test steps in ATF form one instance to other instance in bulk. I tired exporting suites via xml but it is not capturing test steps.

Is there any way we can export all test suites with test steps in bulk. I even could not see export to xml under under related list too.

I just followed this method.  From Dev to Test I imported sys_atf_test_suites followed by sys_atf_test and sys_atf_step for one test suite that had 8 tests in it.  It brough over the suite, tests and steps, but my steps are missing all their variables?  What did I do wrong?

Just want to know if I want to duplicate or modify the steps/ tests of Suites with ATF, will the same way above work?

I have assumed that I could export the test cases with Excel file and open and modify the content then import the file for testing.

However when I exported the tests with Excel file, I couldn't find the details of test steps, and it didn't work.

Does anyone know how to modify the steps in Excel or XML file in bulk not adding the test step each by each?

I'm not sure what your steps where.  did you go to the specific table then export?  

Our version is Quebec.  and we are having the problem with migrating our test from dev to test environments where the reference field values can't be found but they are there:

FAILURE: Failed to set field 'u_category_group' to value '3fd91102db9030d05ff76682ca961952' because the reference is NOT valid
