How to find Duplicate Records with more than one attribute as duplicate

Hello Experts,

we can find out duplicate records for a specific table. Thats ok.

However can anyone assist how can we meet these 

1. we want to search from tables where 'principal Class= TRUE' in Table cmdb_class_info 

2. Also attributes for duplicate consideration = NAme, Serial Number, vm_instance_uuid , vcenter_uuid

3. I assume when output is displayed will be bit messy how can i see them in a excel or any other best way.

Please suggest if anyone has done or best idea to script this ?
