Please share the error message and relevant code snippet for more targeted troubleshooting.  In the meantime, please review the following:

 

Review the script for syntax errors and incorrect GlideRecord usage.
Add gs.info() statements to identify the exact point of failure.
Verify table names, field names, and query conditions.
Check System Logs for errors, warnings, or exceptions.
Validate record counts before processing large datasets.
Consider Business Rules, ACLs, and scope restrictions that may affect execution.
Test the logic in smaller sections to isolate the root cause.
