Hi All,
last saturday we upgraded our instance from Rome to Tokyo.
and we encountered an issue in mid server status , and the issue is mid server status is showing as "upgrade Failed"
and on mid server issues tab we found below information
1)Aborting the mid server upgrade due to pre upgrade check failure : The host machine does not meet the minimum requirement to upgrade the mid server. MID server upgrade is not supported on 32 bit host (issue source : upgradecheck)
2)32 bit mid servers are not supported
Please help here me to fix this issue
@Ankur Bawiskar please help here and provide your inputs
thank you,
Shabbir
