Our team recently rolled out Agent Workspace and want to back up its usage with statistics. Is there a way to do this? How would I find the number of times my AW URL has been accessed over a time period?
A commenter on another Community suggested to do ua_app_usage.LIST. I have done this, and filtered down the application, but am confused by the Access Count. To get a total number of page views, it seems like I would have to sum the Access Count for every user with a record for the accrual period. Is this the case?
