how to get requested item instead of request in service portal?

I have a request where "My Request" widget needs to be modified to display requested item instead of request.

go to Service Portal -> Service Portal Configuration. then click on Portal Tables on the header menu then -> Menu Items.



search for My Requests. in the Server Script you can modify it to query the "sc_req_item" table.

perfect. I have configured it by looking at the default values in there but always wondered what the top in-line filter was for! thanks!

Hello allenandreas,

I was able to get the RITM on the header menu list but when I clicked an item, it takes me to the Ticket Form Page and the the widget display nothing. It says Requested record not found message. Will you please help me to resolve this.
