How to get the 'Export XML' file attached to a Change Record instead of downloading into Local DB

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement, where I have to attach the Update set XML file on to the Change Request record.

Details:

When I click on the 'Export to XML' related link on the completed update set, a Remote Update Set XML file will be downloaded on a local machine, is there a possibility of getting that file attached to any specific change request record?
