Dear Experts
I have added a new incident state under the Incident status.
Ex: I created an incident state called: Vendor Pending
While doing My Work filters on the TASK table and My Work module, I couldn't see the new State.
Please help me with this.

Can you post a screenshot of what you do see under the module filters defined for My Work?
What's probably happening is that you created a state value for Incident, which is a subclass of Task, and that is why it isn't showing up.

Hi Chan,
I am unable to get the Incident_state New value to the parent Task table for My work modules filters.
What's probably happening is that you created a state value for Incident, which is a subclass of Task, and that is why it isn't showing up. --- But I can see the "Resolved" Incident state in the Task status.
