how to get variable set's variable value in the report

I have requirement to add the catalog item variable set's variable value in the report.
how can we do it, please suggest me.

if that variable is part of single row variable set then it's easy one

the links I shared has approach but remember you will have to use database view to see MRVS variables in report.
