Hi, your filter will be 100% dependent on the results you are trying to filter for, but unfortunately your post has no clear details.
Perhaps you can share details of your intentions and your configuration.

Hi, my apologies if I have caused confusion I was looking at the Certificate Filter records
/cert_filter_list.do?sysparm_query=&sysparm_view=
not Certificate Template.
/cert_template_list.do?sysparm_query=&sysparm_view=
To answer the question in your last post the attributes you select are 100% dependent on your business requirements, if unsure you should review the product documentation and take a look at the OOB examples in a PDI.
