how to grant users access to a table

Hi Everyone,

I created a table (pm category) so I could use a list collector and I can access the list values without any issue. However, when I impersonate a user (with ITIL) they can't see the options. I also made sure there was an acl with access. Any ideas where I should investigate or did I do something wrong?

thanks in advance!!

Hi @Gemma4 ,

Hope you are doing good.

You just need to update the read ACL.

Navigate to system security --> Access Control (ACL)

Open the read ACL if not there create on and add ITIL roles.

Hi @Harshal Aditya

I'm doing good and hope you also are.

I'm not quite sure I understand? The ACL under the table does not permit me to add a role?

hi @Harshal Aditya

Thanks so much for the reply. I did add the itil role and an extra role and even added the roles to write and still no luck. Is there something else I'm missing?
