how to grant users access to a table

Hi Everyone,

I created a table (pm category) so I could use a list collector and I can access the list values without any issue. However, when I impersonate a user (with ITIL) they can't see the options. I also made sure there was an acl with access. Any ideas where I should investigate or did I do something wrong?

thanks in advance!!

Hi @Gemma4 ,

Hope you are doing good.

You just need to update the read ACL.

Navigate to system security --> Access Control (ACL)

Open the read ACL if not there create on and add ITIL roles.

Hi @Gemma4 ,

For this you need security_admin role.

If you have that role just elevate your access.

If you do not have that security_admin role check with your colleague who have this access and ask him to grant you the same
