How to handle Unicode characters

Hi.. When i am trying to import data from xml file, there is couple of errors. I think it is because of different type characters(UNI code). So, is service now handle's Unicode characters ?

Can you provide some additional details on how you are trying to import the XML file? Screen shots are always appreciated.

This is the screen shot for that. i am trying to import data from system impot set sets> data source.

Error log looks like this.. is there any way to encode the uni code characters like UTF-8 or 16 .
