Hello,
I have had to amend a record producer. Initially, the record producer only contained information and link to the chat bot so there was no need to submit it. But now it has fields etc added to it and should be submitted. When you open it in the portal view the submit button is not there. How do I put a submit button on the record producer so that it shows up on the portal view as well.
The submit button is showing when you try it in the dev...

I didn't hide it, the person who worked on it previously hid it. I contacted her and you just have to set the field 'No Order now' to false. It is showing now!

Hi,
Please check for any client scripts, etc. that you may have used to hide the submit button and consider setting that script to inactive.
Otherwise, this could be a content item, which doesn't have the submit button naturally, as it's not used for ordering.

Hi,
I haven't used any client scripts on it and neither did the person who made it. There are no client scripts showing in catalog client scripts tab in the record producer.
I have also checked the content items and it is not listed there.

Hi,
Can you please give more information such as the type of roles associated with the user you're testing this with? Is the submit button visible for other record producers?
Since the submit button would default show...something you have set or someone has done/set, is causing this behavior. Without more information from you, we're a bit stuck and I wouldn't want to just say 15 different places to look.

Hi,
It is the admin role that is trying to test it. I have the admin role and I amended it with the questions etc. The person who worked on it previously also has the admin role.
The button is visible for other record producers.
