How to hide ASSIGNMENT GROUP in incident form

How to hide 10+ Assignment group  in incident form.

We cant use the Reference Qualifier since its exceeding the max length,

@JPSS Reference qualifier is the only way to filter records on the reference field. Can you share the qualifier being used, is the simple qualifier is not working then you can use Advanced qualifier for filtering the record.
