How to hide Incident created by name in Activity log

Hi Experts,

As highlighted in the above image, once an incident is created, the created by name populates in the Activity Log.

Can we hide that name based on some field conditions? Let me know if anything else is required.

I am not 100% sure, we can't hide this in portal. Please check is the called field come in audit field or not. But may i know what is use case of same?

Thank you for your reply. The requirement is that there is a field on the form called 'Would you like to be anonymous?' In this field, if yes is selected, the created name should not populate in the activity log.

Let me know if there is any solution to achieve this?
