How to hide "Asset Workspace" and "CMDB Workspace" under Workspaces at the top of the screen.

I would like to hide "Asset Workspace" and "CMDB Workspace" under Workspaces at the top of the screen. Where can I set this?

Hi @HS7 ,

Try this following steps : 

Remove Required Roles

*  Asset Workspace

Remove these roles from the user:

• asset

• alm_user

• alm_admin (admins will still see it)

* CMDB Workspace

Remove:

• cmdb_user

• cmdb_admin

Steps

1. Go to User Administration → Users

2. Open the user

3. Remove the roles listed above

4. Logout and login again

> Asset Workspace and CMDB Workspace will disappear from Workspaces
