How to hide "Change Requests" from Related Records in Team On-Call Schedule (SoW)?

Hi everyone,

We’ve enabled On-Call Scheduling in our ServiceNow instance and are using the Service Operations Workspace (SoW). When I open a Team record under On-Call Scheduling and select a group or team, I see a Related Records tab that includes a section for Change Requests.


We’ve temporarily removed the Change module from SoW, so we don’t want the Change Requests section to appear in the Related Records sidebar or have any "Create" button visible for it.

 

Any advice on the best way to hide or remove Change Requests from the Related Records view under Teams in On-Call Scheduling would be appreciated!

Have you tried removing the related list for SOW view of change request.
