How to hide scrollbars for HTML field.

Hi team,

I have one custom HTML field on form which loads image. In other instance it is fine but in one particular instance I am getting scroll bars. How can I hide these scroll bars on right and bottom. In other instance I am not getting these scrollbars but getting in one instance which is Yokohama.

I have checked in chrome and edge, same thing is happening in both browser. And zoom level is 100%.

was it working fine before upgrade?

If yes then you can raise a HI ticket.

Also did you try to check by creating another HTML field?

If you want to remove scroll bar then possibly you will have to use DOM manipulation

It was working before upgrade.

then raise a HI ticket with ServiceNow.

I believe since it's Yokohama not many customers might have noticed this, so ServiceNow might not be aware of that.
