How to Hide the Activity box after closed the Requested item on the Customer Service portal?

Hi All,

I have a requirement based on the customer service portal ?  How to hide the activity tab Box in standard ticket tab widget after closed the requested item based on the particular role user in the customer service portal

Not sure but try with UI policy if it work, bcz is is separate way.

hide the rich text editor for the particular role based users how can I achieve this through ticket Configurations

I doubt we can achieve this easily , as need to create UI policy on this standard Ticket.

Do you want to hide complete activity tab or only comment box?
