How to Hide the Activity box after closed the Requested item on the Customer Service portal?

Hi All,

 

 

I have a requirement based on the customer service portal ?  How to hide the activity tab Box in standard ticket tab widget after closed the requested item based on the particular role user in the customer service portal

Hi,

 

Comment box 

Hi Dhanu,

 

Not Activity tab, comment box read-only or hide for closed tickets based on the particular role

Then use write ACL on comment field on sc_req_item table to make it read-only when state is closed and for required roles
