Hi all,\
I am stucked on a scenerio where,
I have created a scripted rest api for nexthink integration (nexthink team will be sending data to servicenow instance also prepared staging table and logic for transformation also have used IRE api). I have done this using transform maps and business rule to trigger transform map. But recently learned about ETL that it automatically uses IRE to populate cmdb table and are fast. So if someone can guide me with this.
I am populating cmdb_ci_computer table and software installation table.
Thanks,
Akshay Jugran

Hi @Akshay Jugran ,
To implement a robust ETL process for Nexthink integration in ServiceNow, it's advisable to utilize IntegrationHub ETL as it simplifies data ingestion into the CMDB, ensures data quality through transformation rules and IRE, and aligns with CMDB standards.......
