How to improve performance while perform out bound integrations

Hi All,

I am planning to perform servicenow to servicenow integrations 

so i created a Table API and configured credentials

on the other instance , i created a rest message and also got default GET method

now if we trigger te rest api call , the we can get the response body rite?

now in my case i have response body count as 1,00,000

we have 10000 in the response body , how to push all these records into target table

we can't write GlideRecord and insert method for 1 lakh times it will run?

How to move all this response body data of 1 lakh records into target table ?

Please suggest your thoughts
