How to include the Email received/Email sent in the Notes tab when exporting to PDF

Hello!

Is there a way to include the Email received/Email sent in the Notes tab for Incidents/Requested Items/Catalog Tasks  when exporting to PDF?

not supported currently

Activity information is not available on PDF export

you can use printer friendly version to print the record and it will show

HI @ramirch 
Yes, this can be achieved by adding '*Email*' to the relevant system properties: 

  • ⁠glide.ui.incident_activity.fields
  • ⁠glide.ui.sc_req_item_activity.fields

This will ensure that Email Received and Email Sent entries are included in the Notes tab and are also visible when exporting to PDF.
