How to insert the VIP into the incident form

Hi

I am trying to insert the VIP Checkbox from the sys_user table onto the incident form and am having trouble.   Can someone point me to a site where I can read on how to do that?

Hi Linda,



You call use form layout to add the vip flag.


Expand the caller field, and then move the vip flag to the right bucket.

Hi Linda,


Right Click the incident form header and select Configure -> Form Layout


Then click the caller field in the left column (should be green with a [+]), and press the [+] option in the center of the boxes.


Find the VIP field from the expanded fields, and move it to the right onto your form.

I think you don't need that. OOB the system will highlight the user as VIP directly.
