How to integrate External Database with servicenow using ODBC

Hi Everyone,

Any one please help me in this regard:

I want to access the external database into servicenow. So I wants to know how to integrate that external database with servicenow. And I need to monitor that database periodically every 10minutes and need to get the updated data from that database into servicenow table.
