Hi
I have a business requirement that I am not sure is achievable. They would like to integrate the task_ci table into a Change Approval Policy Input on a existing change policy, so that we can set specific conditions to drive approvals.
I am not sure if this is achievable? And if it is, how can this be done?
For example:
Affected CI is XYZ
Change Approval Policy: Sets conditions, if these are met, the change is auto approved/rejected
I have created a Policy Input within a Change Approval Policy but how would I link this to a decision and set the conditions to approval/reject? What are the next steps please? I think it will need something to do with Change Approval Definitions too?
Thanks

Hi @thrsdy1512
This is something you need to handle at the flow level, not at the policy level. In the flow, you need to check the affected CI and specify other conditions for auto-approval or rejection. The approval policy is mainly used when explicit approval is required.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
