Hi Community,
There is an issue with the My Interact Portal chatbot in Microsoft Teams, which is not working as expected.
The user has raised the following concern:
She is unable to receive information from ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets when they are in "On Hold" status.
The user tried pasting the incident ticket number in the My Interact Portal chatbot in Teams to check the ticket status, but she is not receiving any response or information.
I found some related documents attached in ServiceNow. Could you please review them and confirm whether "Virtual Agent with My Team Integration" is enabled or not?
