How to make a custom type variable as mandatory on particular condition in portal?

Hi,

I have a custom type variable called 'sp_attachments' , this variable needs to be mandatory when we choose an option on other variable.
How to make a custom type variable as mandatory ?

Hi, have you tried using a UI policy or failing that a catalog Client script?

Hi,

You cab Custom with label to show data from UI macro (native) or Widget (portal)

You cannot make that mandatory unless you have logic within those scripts itself.

You cannot do that using normal catalog ui policy or catalog client script etc.

Even we have the same requirement making the custom Variable as mandatory, which changing the value of other variable. Can anybody please help me to understand how can we configure it.
