How to make attachment as mandatory in service catalog?

Hi,

  we have created a record producer, there the default attachment as set mandatory &it is reflected in service portal as expected but it's not reflecting in the service catalog page. please provide a solution to make the attachment as mandatory in the service catalog page as well. please refer the below mentioned Screenshot for reference.

Both Catalog Items and Record Producers now have a property that governs this in the Service Portal.

Can't remember what version it was introduced.
