How to make catalog item "favorite" on the portal form

Hi,

 

Is there a way to make some catalog items "favorites" among the list of catalog items on the portal form, that way it would save end users the stress of having to navigate to it every time they want to make a request ither through Incident or catalog item.

For Service Portal, out-of-the-box Favorites is turned off. Though you can turn it on. On the Portal record set field "Enable Favorites" to true (do this from the List Layout).

Thank you! That is exactly what it was waaay back during initial implementation. I got a PD instance and was able to retrieve the original files.
