How to make custom field mandatory on Agent workspace?

Hi Team,

we are trying to make custom field as mandatory on agent workspace.

we have created the UI policy and Ui action to make field as mandatory. But its not working.

Note: we have added field to grid configurations.

Please help me on this.

Hi,

are you sure the field is present in that workspace view?

Are you sure no other UI policy with higher order is making it non-mandatory ?

Hi Ankur,

Yes filed is present on workspace and that Ui Policy have highest order.

I am also facing the same issue, the UI policy is working in native form but not on the workspace.
