How to make custom field mandatory on Agent workspace?

Hi Team,

we are trying to make custom field as mandatory on agent workspace.

we have created the UI policy and Ui action to make field as mandatory. But its not working.

Note: we have added field to grid configurations.

Please help me on this.

Hi,

Can you please try to deactivate all the Ui policies of that particular field and just activate only one which is making mandatory for workspace view?
