HI @Mark Wood ,
I trust you are doing great
- Navigate to the module or application where you want to set the default view.
- Click on the "Gear" icon or "Settings" option to access the configuration options.
- Look for the "Views" or "Default View" section, which may vary depending on the version of ServiceNow you are using.
- In the Views section, you will find a list of available views for the module/application.
- Identify the view you want to set as the default for all users.
- Check if there is an option to set the view as default. It is usually denoted by a star icon or a checkbox next to the view name.
- Enable the default option for the desired view.
- Save the changes.
