How to make risk assessment mandatory before submitting approval in workspace?

Hi,
Can someone please help with the requirement to make risk assessment mandatory in service operations workspace. In workspace OOB we have option to assess the risk and add questioners via button in overview tab. Can we make it mandatory before requesting approval.

Hi @Priyanka77 ,

 

My two cents, I would do the followings:

1. Create a Script Library to observe the result of Risk Assessment.

2. In UI Builder find the page as shown in your screenshot, and make a copy of it (because I guess the OOB page is read-only). 

3. The Script Library will be invoked when the user requests for approval.

4. Requesting for approval will be allowed if Script Library can find the Risk Assessment result, otherwise, reject it.
