How to make Service Portal default?

Hi Community:)

Sorry if what I am asking is to easy...

Have 2 Service Portals to choose from, one has been marked as 'Default', but when going to 'Service Portal - Home' the one that is NOT set as default keeps loading? Is there another place where I need to update 'Default' URL used that is pointing to my Portal i want to use?

Hi,

You need to update URL of your SP in application menu URL so that service portal home will open your SP.

In your case, instead of sp, you can put csm_portal
