How to make visible based on other question on survey?

Hi friends,

I have one question-A having values yes or no and other 5 question of type numeric scale.

Now I want to display  those 5 questions when question -A having the value 'no'.

How can we achieve this.

Hi Learner,

As I can see you need to show other question based on the previous condition.

to achieve this you can write on change script to the first varaible

until first question is having answer 'no' it shoud hide all the remaining field or variable.

Please hit like if you are satisfied with the answer.

Up to my understanding, You want to hide/show questioins(i.e variables) in Catalog Item, If it is correct create an onChange Catalog Client Script.
