How to make visible based on other question on survey?

Hi friends,

I have one question-A having values yes or no and other 5 question of type numeric scale.

Now I want to display  those 5 questions when question -A having the value 'no'.

How can we achieve this.

Hi Learner, 

I reproduced 1 dummy scenario for you. I have created 1 survey having 2 fields Demo1 & Demo2.

Demo1 is a Yes/No field & Demo2 is a numeric scale.

So that, whenever user will select No of Demo1 field, next field Demo2 will be visible. Please refer my Below Screen-shots:

Demo2: As a numeric Scale

There you can see Depends on field, just enter your field with Yes/No type. Then Displayed when will appear, and you can select your choice as No in that.

In this way, based on your Output of Yes/No field, your next Questions will Pop-up.

In your case, you can create more 5 questions of Numeric type and provide this above mentioned condition. It will work for you.

I tried this before.But the problem is whenever I am selecting No It is showing only one question randomly instead of showing 5 questions.

Hi,

Have you tried using the same Dependent field (yes/no) for all the Questions?

Also, can you share screen-shot of one of the Question (numeric scale) along with Yes/No type Question? It will help me figure out something.

It seems strange to me. Anyways, have you tried this setting through Survey Designer which is an OOTB ServiceNow feature available to us.

I will recommend you to create your Survey from scratch in Survey Designer Application. 

Also, please check that your Survey is Published after completion.
