How to merge incident and incident sla tables and generate the report?

The Incident SLA database view is already a merge between Incident and Task SLA.   What are you not getting in Incident SLA that you need?


In TASK(SLA) in am not able to find Number Field column.

Can you help me out?

 

are you talking about the task_sla table?  The column you're looking for is Task.

Hi Venkata,



To merge incident and incident sla table you have to create relationship between these two tables.


But already there is OOB Incident SLA(incident_sla) table present so you can select same table while creating report.
