How to migrate survey form data to custom table

    I have created Survey form regarding candidate feedback,I want response data of that survey form should store in custom table (Candidate Mapping Survey).

I have to export that responses of survey form into excel format.but now the responses of that survey form stored in the image format in asmt_assessment_instance table .
